Product Description
60844 is mainly composed of block silicone oil.
It can be applied in the hydrophilic finishing process for fabrics of cotton, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber and their blends, etc., which makes the fabrics stiff, elastic and exquisite.

  2. Excellent hydrophilicity. Instant hydrophilicity.
  3. Imparts fabrics stiff, smooth, exquisite and skin-friendly hand feeling. Excellent stiffness.
  4. Extremely low heat yellowing (Grade 5) and phenolic yellowing (Grade 4~5).

pH value: 6.3±0.5 (1% aqueous solution)
Solubility: Soluble in water
Content: 39.42%

Instruction
  1. Recommended fabric:
Hydrophilic, stiff and smooth finishing for cotton, synthetic fiber, viscose fiber and their blends, etc.
  1. It is recommended to use in padding process.
Reference dosage: 30~80 g/L.
Setting: 150~180ºC.
Time: 50~60s.
(For different process, please adjust dosage according to sample test result.)
  1. For unique hand feeling, it can be used together with other finishing agent.
Please do a compatibility experiment before using.

Attention
  1. Please do not expose it to air for long time and cover it in time after using.
  2. Please store in a cool and ventilated place and avoid sun exposure.
